Once you have created your path and placed your stations, they will be displayed in the editing window:

To delete a station or reverse the order, use the Path & Stations tab (i.e. the map where you drew the route)

In this interface you have four options to make your montage:

Audios

Here you can upload an mp3 file or record audio directly yourself, it is possible to have several files, one for each chosen language, but also to have several files one after the other, for example if you want to record something and then put royalty-free music from Youtube afterward, etc., the possibilities are unlimited, it is even possible to select the same mp3 file each time but have it start at a different time.

Subtitles

You can upload srt subtitle files. However, remember to synchronize everything in your different languages, so that the voice-overs run at the same speed and are synchronised with the subtitles.

Images & 360° Images

Images can be uploaded underneath, again, it is possible to have several per station/path. You can even have different images depending on the language.

It is simple to add images, just upload them, or select some from your library of already uploaded images.

For 360° images, they must be twice as wide as they are high, then you must check the appropriate option:

Stations

To name and set up the stations, you have the following options:

Some options are only available if you have activated the dual-direction mode.

The duration in seconds from the previous station defines the duration of the path to this station from the previous one when GPS is not activated, this duration is ignored by the GPS because as soon as it arrives at the station in question, it starts reading the next path. However, this time should be entered for people who do not use GPS and especially to give you an idea of the average time it takes the vehicle to cover the path between the two stations. Indicate the average time instead, because if the vehicle takes longer (traffic jams, other), then the reading will stop in GPS mode and wait until it reaches the next station before continuing automatically. Note that the stop time at the stops must also be taken into account, in the example in question, we have 100 seconds of path and 11 of station A at Sport UNIL-EPFL.

For the duration in seconds when coming from the next station, this option is only displayed in two-way mode and is similar to its opposite option, here we come from Parc-Bourget and the path also takes 111 seconds (which is unlikely, but this is just an example)

For the name of the station, it is the name of the station.

As for the unique alphanumeric name, it is used for your URLs, to start the path at a specific location, it is not an automatically generated number, as all your URLs would then have to be redone if you were to add a station one day in the middle of the route, so you have to invent a unique name for each stop. This can be as simple as removing spaces and accents.

Additional editing tools

When you edit your route, you have additional tools, such as copy and paste or invert, in case you create two projects for the same route, each project has its own direction, so you can create one direction, then copy some parts from one tab to the other, and even invert images or audios or whatever automatically.

Creating two projects is recommended when you want to describe the path and not the stations, e.g. "On your right is a very nice building but you don't know what it is anymore [...], on your left is an even nicer building. As you can see, this audio describes a path, so it can't just be reversed when the vehicle is coming in the opposite direction, because the right and left would be reversed, moreover, in the opposite direction the very nice building appears before the less nice one, in short, you need two audio files, and therefore two projects. On the other hand, if you only describe the stops "at the next station there is a very nice building", then the two-way mode might be interesting. But if this is not the case, the additional editing tools will be very useful to easily create the second direction in another AudioGuide opened on another tab.
